HOW DOES MINDSET/LIFE COACHING WORK?

Mindset Life Coaching is a transformative experience where we help you determine your limiting beliefs and unconscious negative patterns and rewire your mindset to be geared towards positivity. With a positive mindset you can unlock your ultimate confidence, have better control over your emotions and feelings and discover your potential to live a life filled with unlimited happiness and potential.

All of my self-study courses are designed to empower you to be the creator of your own happiness. I'll be your coach and guide you along your path to becoming your 2.0.

HOW LONG DOES IT TYPICALLY TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?

The timeline of each program is stated above, and by the end of program timeline you will have learned all of the necessary components for success. There are some concepts you will learn throughout each program that, when applied, you will see results within days, where as other processes and concepts can take a bit longer to fully integrate into your life. If you follow the program fully and remain consistent and open to the process, you will see positive results.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF WHAT YOU'RE TEACHING WILL WORK FOR ME?

All of the information in this course, including the data I share and techniques that I teach, are all backed up by science. You may even know about some of these methods and may have tried them before, but these methods implemented without the right mindset can have less than desirable results. 

I pair my expertise from my own experience healing from anxiety, health issues and a negative mindset with science-backed methods and coaching techniques that I've learned to ensure that you get the best results possible. 


Doing mindset and personal development work from an anxious mindset is different than doing it from a positive, healthy mindset. As a formally anxious person, I understand this very well, so I ensure that I attract and accept clients that are a good fit into my courses and I ensure my techniques take an anxious mindset starting point into account to help you get maximum results.

I WAS ONCE WHERE YOU ARE RIGHT NOW...

It was only last year that I was where you are right now

Flashback to January 2021 - I was struggling. I was physically unwell with chronic gut issues, I was dealing with chronic anxiety of 15 years and I was the most insecure, fearful and negative that I had ever been. Even though I had been actively trying to get help with healing my gut issues for almost a year, I realized that my own self - my anxiety and my negative mindset is what was holding me back

When I realized that as long as I had a messed up mindset I wouldn't be able to make the positive changes I wanted in my life. THAT was my 'enough is enough' moment when I decided to do the research and do the work I needed to do to change my life.

Within a few short months, I saw HUGE changes

It took me a few months to crack the code and find the answers I needed, but once I did, the positive changes that occurred were mind blowing! Not only were my chronic health issues and anxiety disappearing before my eyes, but I was feeling the happiest and most positive that I had ever felt in my life.  

I could not believe that I struggled for so many years of my life when there were solutions that were available to me and techniques that really DO work! It didn't require medications or therapy, it was all self-taught, self-implemented strategies and techniques that allowed me to take control of my life back and helped me realize the power that I had always possessed to live my life healthier, happier and better.
